Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe but firm avocados sliced into wedges
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Oil spray for the air fryer basket

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  • Set up a dredging station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Coat each avocado wedge in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally roll in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated. For extra crispiness, repeat the egg and breadcrumb steps.
  • Place the coated avocado wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd.
  • Lightly spray with oil spray.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crisping.
  • Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce (ranch, sriracha mayo, you name it!).
