Equipment

  • Skewers (wooden or metal, your choice!)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife and cutting board

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef sirloin or tenderloin cut into cubes
  • 2 bell peppers chopped
  • 1 red onion cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add in the beef and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for super flavour!).
  • While marinating, chop your veggies into nice, bite-sized pieces.
  • Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, and onion onto your skewers, alternating as you go—get creative!
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place the skewers in the basket, making sure they’re not crowded.
  • Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the beef is cooked to your liking.
  • Let them rest for a couple of minutes, then dig in and enjoy your awesome kabob creation!
