Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound kielbasa smoked or fresh, whole or sliced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil optional, for extra crispiness
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional, for added flavor
  • 1 tablespoon mustard for serving
  • ½ cup sauerkraut for serving, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) to ensure an even, crispy texture.
  • Slice the kielbasa into rounds or leave it whole based on your preference.
  • Place the kielbasa in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to allow proper air circulation.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the kielbasa is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a minute before serving.
  • Serve hot with mustard and sauerkraut, or pair with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, brush the kielbasa with a little oil before cooking.
