Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed (it’s cool if there are a few lumps!).
  • Cut parchment paper into circles to fit your air fryer basket and place them inside.
  • Scoop batter onto the parchment in your air fryer basket (about ¼ cup per pancake).
  • Preheat your air fryer to 320°F, then cook the pancakes for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving with your favorite toppings.
