If making from scratch, prepare polenta according to package instructions and let it cool in a baking dish or tray until set. If using pre-cooked polenta, skip to the next step.
Once cooled, cut the polenta into fry shapes.
In a mixing bowl, toss the polenta fries with olive oil, cheese, and seasonings until evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place the polenta fries in the basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
Cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until they’re golden and crispy.
Let them cool for a minute, dip, and dig in—enjoy your tasty creation!
Notes
For a gluten-free version, check that your polenta is certified gluten-free—sometimes, it’s the little things that count!
Experiment with different cheeses or spices based on what you've got in your pantry; the possibilities are endless!
