Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 pounds pork loin or shoulder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Pat the pork roast dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add rosemary or thyme if desired.
  • Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork roast until fully coated.
  • Place the pork roast in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (use a meat thermometer to check).
  • Let the roast rest for about 5-10 minutes before slicing.
