Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 eggs beaten
  • ½ cup cream or milk
  • 1 cup cheese shredded
  • 1-2 cups vegetables chopped
  • 1 cup cooked meat optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 320°F.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Mix in cheese, veggies, and meat if using.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or silicone mold that fits in the air fryer.
  • Air fry for about 25 minutes, checking for doneness—when the centre is set and slightly puffed, you’re golden!
  • Let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve!

Notes

  • If using a larger dish, you may need to adjust the cooking time slightly. Keep an eye on it!
