Ingredients
  

Salmon

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Bowls

  • 2 cups cooked rice white, brown, or cauliflower
  • 2 cups mixed veggies broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, etc.
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down, and cook for 7 minutes, or until they are cooked through and flaky.
  • While the salmon is cooking, prepare your bowls with cooked rice and mixed veggies.
  • Once the salmon is ready, place a fillet on each bowl.
  • Top with sliced avocado, sesame seeds, and green onions.
