4-6 large tomatoes ½ cup cream cheese 1 cup shredded cheese mozzarella, cheddar, or your fave! Garlic powder to taste Fresh herbs basil, parsley, or what you fancy! Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F while you prep.
Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the insides with a spoon—don’t be too vigorous, we want to keep their shape!
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Stuff each tomato with the cheesy mixture, but don’t overdo it!
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place the stuffed tomatoes in the basket, making sure they're snug but not cramped.
Cook for about 8-10 minutes, until the tomatoes are tender and the cheese is melty.
Let them cool for a couple of minutes, then dig in and enjoy your tasty creations!
