Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 large tomatoes
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese mozzarella, cheddar, or your fave!
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Fresh herbs basil, parsley, or what you fancy!
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F while you prep.
  • Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the insides with a spoon—don’t be too vigorous, we want to keep their shape!
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  • Stuff each tomato with the cheesy mixture, but don’t overdo it!
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place the stuffed tomatoes in the basket, making sure they're snug but not cramped.
  • Cook for about 8-10 minutes, until the tomatoes are tender and the cheese is melty.
  • Let them cool for a couple of minutes, then dig in and enjoy your tasty creations!
