8 cups bread cubes day-old preferred ½ cup butter 1 whole large onion finely chopped 2 celery stalks chopped 1 teaspoon dried sage 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon dried rosemary 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
In a large mixing bowl, add the bread cubes, onion, celery, butter, sage, thyme, rosemary, broth, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
Add the stuffing mixture to the basket in batches (if needed) and cook for 10 minutes.
Stir or shake the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
Once done, add bacon bits and fresh parsley for garnish.
