Ingredients
  

  • 4 naan flatbreads or any store-bought pizza crust
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce plus more for drizzling
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ red onion thinly sliced
  • fresh cilantro for topping
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil to brush the flatbreads

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil. Spread BBQ sauce evenly across each one.
  • Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella, and red onion slices.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are crispy and cheese is bubbling.
  • Top with fresh cilantro and drizzle extra BBQ sauce before slicing.

Notes

  • Swap mozzarella with cheddar or Monterey Jack for a deeper cheese flavor.
  • Use rotisserie chicken to speed things up.
