Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked penne pasta cooled
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup grilled chicken breast sliced
  • cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup croutons add just before serving

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside to cool.
  • Grill or pan-sear the chicken, season as preferred. Let rest and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine pasta, romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Pour in Caesar dressing and toss everything until well coated.
  • Add croutons just before serving for maximum crunch. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt-based Caesar dressing.
