500 g penne pasta 2 cups cooked chicken shredded 1 cup cream cheese ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup diced bell peppers ½ cup diced onions 2 cloves garlic minced 2 cups marinara sauce Salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the cooked chicken and marinara sauce. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
