4 cups of chosen substitute ricotta, fromage blanc, Greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, or quark cheese 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 onion finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic minced 2 cups of your choice of protein chicken, beef, tofu Salt and pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chosen substitute and set aside.
