Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound macaroni pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or a mix of your favorite cheeses
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a separate pot, heat up 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat.
