2-3 medium-sized beets 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon salt or to taste Optional seasonings garlic powder, paprika, etc.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
Slice the beets thinly using a mandoline or knife—think potato chip thin!
In a mixing bowl, toss the beet slices with olive oil and salt (and any optional seasonings). Make sure they’re well-coated!
Place the beet slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crispiness.
Once they’re crunchy and delicious looking, take them out and let them cool for a minute—if you can resist the urge to dive in!
Serve them up on a platter and watch your friends’ jaws drop. Seriously, these are chip goals!
Keep an eye on them, as cooking times can vary depending on how thinly you sliced those beets.
Beet chips are best enjoyed fresh, but if you have leftovers (what?!), store them in an airtight container. Happy snacking!
