Equipment

  • Air-fryer
  • Mixing Bowls (3)
  • Baking sheet
  • whisk

Ingredients

  • 1 jar pickle slices drained and patted dry
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko preferred
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Set up a dredging station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat each pickle slice in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
  • Place the coated pickles on a baking sheet.
  • Once all pickles are coated, transfer them to the air fryer basket, making sure they’re in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pickles are crispy and golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving with your preferred dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to taste preferences.
  • Cooking times may vary depending on the air fryer model and the thickness of the pickle slices.
  • For extra crunch, you can double-dip the pickle slices in the egg and breadcrumb mixture.
