  • Mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 crusty loaf of bread such as French or Italian
  • ½ cup softened butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  • Slice the bread into 1-inch thick slices.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on each slice.
  • Brush the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Arrange the bread slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  • Air fry for 5-6 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately. Optional: Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For cheesy garlic bread, top each slice with shredded mozzarella before air frying.
  • Store leftover garlic bread in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes before serving.
  • For an herb-infused version, mix in rosemary or thyme with the garlic butter.
