4 pork chops bone-in or boneless 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon smoked salt optional
