  • Mixing bowl
  • Cooking spray

Ingredients
  

  • 2 English muffins split
  • 2-4 eggs
  • Cheese of your choice
  • Breakfast meat bacon, sausage, or ham
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for spreading

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  • Cook the breakfast meat in the air fryer until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  • While that’s cooking, spray your small dish and crack an egg into it. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes until set.
  • Lightly toast the English muffins in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes until golden.
  • Assemble your sandwich: layer the toasted muffin, breakfast meat, cooked egg, and cheese. Top with the other muffin half.
  • Pop the whole sandwich back into the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
