Easy Air Fryer Breakfast Sandwiches

2 English muffins split 2-4 eggs Cheese of your choice Breakfast meat bacon, sausage, or ham Salt and pepper to taste Butter or oil for spreading
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
Cook the breakfast meat in the air fryer until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
While that’s cooking, spray your small dish and crack an egg into it. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes until set.
Lightly toast the English muffins in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes until golden.
Assemble your sandwich: layer the toasted muffin, breakfast meat, cooked egg, and cheese. Top with the other muffin half.
Pop the whole sandwich back into the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
