Equipment

  • Air-fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Salad Spinner (to dry Brussels sprouts)
  • Tongs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well-coated.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden.
  • If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the Brussels sprouts in the last 2 minutes of cooking time.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to dry the Brussels sprouts thoroughly before air frying to ensure maximum crispiness.
  • Adjust seasoning to your taste—more garlic powder or pepper if you prefer.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to crisp them up again.
