Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cauliflower head
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem, leaving the core intact.
  • Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil mixture.
  • Place the steaks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden.
  • Remove from the air fryer and garnish with optional parsley and lemon wedges before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
  • Cooking times may vary depending on air fryer model and steak thickness.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture.
