- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem, leaving the core intact.
Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
