Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 325°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the egg yolk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the bowl and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space for spreading.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still slightly soft.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before devouring.
