- 6 large jalapeños halved and seeded
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- Cooking spray
- 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled (optional)
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
Carefully stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture. If using, sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
Press each filled jalapeño into the panko bread crumbs to coat the top with a crunchy layer.
