Ingredients
  

  • 6 large jalapeños halved and seeded
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • Cooking spray
  • 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  • Carefully stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture. If using, sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
  • Press each filled jalapeño into the panko bread crumbs to coat the top with a crunchy layer.
  • Arrange the poppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes, until the jalapeños are tender and the tops are golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the cheesy, spicy goodness!
