1 pound shishito peppers 1 tablespoon olive oil ½ teaspoon sea salt ½ lemon for juicing 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat your air fryer to 390°F.
In a mixing bowl, toss the shishito peppers with olive oil and sea salt until well coated.
Place the peppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until the peppers are blistered and slightly charred, shaking the basket halfway through.
