Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish
  • Optional toppings: salsa sour cream, hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with taco seasoning and olive oil until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 4 minutes, then flip the shrimp and cook for another 4 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  • Warm tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet.
  • Assemble tacos by placing cabbage, shrimp, avocado slices, and cilantro on each tortilla.
  • Serve with lime wedges and any optional toppings.
