Ingredients
  

  • 10 sheets of phyllo dough thawed if frozen
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant and soft—let’s get that aroma going!
  • Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat and mix in crumbled feta and a beaten egg. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay out your phyllo dough and brush with olive oil—layering is key!
