Ingredients
  

  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
  • ½ cup bean sprouts optional
  • 8 oz cooked shrimp or chicken optional
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Sesame oil for drizzling.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, toss your veggies and protein (if using) with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  • Take a spring roll wrapper and lay it flat on a clean surface. Add a spoonful of the filling near the edge, fold in the sides, and roll it up tightly, sealing the edge with a little flour-water mixture.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Lightly spray the spring rolls with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
  • Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they’re not overcrowded.
  • Cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway for an even crispy finish.
  • Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy!
