In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, milk, ¼ cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape or press into a small loaf pan.
Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 30-35 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached, topping with extra ketchup during the last 5 minutes if desired.
Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
