1 cup cornmeal 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder ¼ cup sugar Pinch of salt ¾ cup milk 1 large egg ¼ cup melted butter
In a mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Grease your muffin tin and pour the batter evenly into each cup, filling them about ⅔ full.
Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
Place the muffin tin in the air fryer basket and cook for about 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
