1/2 cup dried minced onion 1/4 cup beef bouillon granules low sodium preferred 1 tablespoon garlic powder 2 teaspoons onion powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes optional
In a mixing bowl, combine dried minced onion, beef bouillon granules, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and parsley flakes (if using).
Stir well to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container or spice jar.
Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
Use about ¼ cup of the mix as a substitute for one store-bought onion soup mix packet.
For a vegetarian version, use vegetable bouillon instead of beef.
