Equipment

  • Air-fryer
  • Chef's Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Basting brush
  • Aluminum Foil

Ingredients

  • 1 rack baby back ribs approximately 2 pounds
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Remove the membrane from the ribs and cut the rack into manageable pieces to fit your air fryer.
  • In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder together.
  • Rub olive oil over the ribs and generously cover them with the dry rub mixture.
  • Arrange the ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 25 minutes, flipping the ribs halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
  • Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Cooking times may vary based on the thickness of the ribs and the specific model of your air fryer.
  • Removing the membrane from the ribs is crucial for tenderness.
  • Leftover ribs can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated in the air fryer for best results.
