Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for moisture and flavor
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper, parsley, and dill.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush generously with the herb mixture.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and serve with extra lemon slices and fresh herbs.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the salmon for 2 minutes at the end of baking.
  • Pair with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently to maintain texture.
