4 fillets salmon about 6 oz each 2 tablespoons olive oil for moisture and flavor 2 cloves garlic minced 1 tablespoon lemon zest freshly grated 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed 1 teaspoon salt or to taste ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
