Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cracked black pepper or red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  • Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of the cheese mixture onto the parchment paper, flattening them slightly to form thin circles.
  • Sprinkle with cracked black pepper or red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Air fry for 5-7 minutes until the crisps are golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let the crisps cool for a few minutes to harden before removing them from the parchment paper. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Keep an eye on the crisps as they cook quickly and can burn easily.
  • To store, place the completely cooled crisps in an airtight container at room temperature.
  • These crisps are also great for dipping into marinara sauce or a creamy dip.
