1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning ¼ teaspoon garlic powder Cracked black pepper or red pepper flakes optional
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of the cheese mixture onto the parchment paper, flattening them slightly to form thin circles.
