Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz canned or jarred artichoke hearts drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts. Pat them dry with paper towels—get rid of that excess moisture!
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Toss the artichoke hearts in the mixture until they’re well-coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the artichoke hearts in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each heart.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crispiness.
  • Once they’re golden and crispy, remove and serve hot, perhaps with a delicious dipping sauce!

Notes

  • If you love extra cheesy goodness, sprinkle more Parmesan over the artichokes halfway through cooking.
  • Cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer model, so keep an eye on those charming hearts as they fry!
