- 12 oz canned or jarred artichoke hearts drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts. Pat them dry with paper towels—get rid of that excess moisture!
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Toss the artichoke hearts in the mixture until they’re well-coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the artichoke hearts in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each heart.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crispiness.
