Equipment

  • Air-fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Chopping Board
  • Knife
  • Spoon
  • Parchment Paper (optional)

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized apples peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Add the chopped apples, egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.
  • Spoon the batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each fritter.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. You may have to do multiple batches—just think of it as extra dessert testing!
  • Once done, let them cool for a moment, then dust with powdered sugar before devouring.

Notes

  • For an extra fun touch, serve them with a side of caramel or chocolate sauce for dipping!
  • Feel free to double the recipe because trust us, they’ll vanish faster than you can say "fritter magic."
