Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well-coated.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts out in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook the Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes, then pull out the basket and give it a good shake to ensure even cooking. Pop it back in for another 5 minutes, then check on them. The sprouts should be turning crispy and nearly done (if they need a bit more time, cook for another 2 minutes). Shaking the basket frequently, until the sprouts are perfectly crispy.
  • Once they’re crispy and golden brown, take them out and let them cool for a couple of minutes.
  • Dive in and enjoy your new favorite way to eat Brussels sprouts!
