Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen edamame in pods
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon garlic powder chili flakes, or your fave seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the frozen edamame with olive oil and salt (and any optional seasonings you fancy).
  • Place the edamame in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Once they're golden and crispy, take them out and sprinkle with a bit more salt if desired. Dive in and enjoy those crunchy pods!

Notes

  • Feel free to experiment with different seasonings—edamame are super versatile!
  • These little snacks are best enjoyed fresh, but they can hang out for a day in an airtight container if you have leftovers (though let’s be real, you probably won’t!).
