Ingredients
  

  • 14 ounce extra-firm tofu pressed and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the pressed and cubed tofu with olive oil, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
  • Enjoy as is, or add to your fave dish. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
