Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 medium potatoes diced
  • 1 cup cooked corned beef chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Boil the diced potatoes in salted water for about 5-7 minutes, then drain and set aside.
