Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cod fillets cod, tilapia, etc.
  • ½ teaspoon salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder to taste
  • 8 flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, marinate the fish fillets with lime juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder for about 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Lightly coat the fish with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook the fish for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  • Warm your tortillas in a skillet or the microwave.
  • Assemble your tacos by placing the crispy fish on each tortilla, adding your favourite toppings, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Want a throwback to the beach? Serve with a side of mango salsa for a burst of sweetness!
  • If you prefer a baked version, you can also cook these in the oven at 425°F for 15-20 minutes, but come on, where’s the fun in that?
