Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 medium potatoes boiled and mashed
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ onion diced
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatoes until fork-tender, then let them cool a bit.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the cooled potatoes and mix in salt, black pepper, onion, garlic powder, egg, and breadcrumbs until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into patties, pressing them slightly to hold shape.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the patties in, ensuring they’re not crowded.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve hot and watch them disappear!

Notes

  • For extra flavour, try adding a teaspoon of mustard or Worcestershire sauce to the potato mixture.
