Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Secure the openings with toothpicks.
  • Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil.
  • Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove toothpicks before serving and serve immediately.

  • Adjust the amount of garlic and spinach to your taste preference.
  • Ensure chicken breasts do not overlap in the air fryer basket for even cooking.
