Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound venison steak or chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • If marinating, mix together your preferred marinade ingredients and soak the venison in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Pat the venison dry and season generously on all sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the meat to assist with crisping.
  • Place the venison in the air fryer basket, ensuring they’re not overcrowded.
  • Cook for around 12-15 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness if desired.
  • Let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
