1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies undrained 1 can black beans drained and rinsed 1 can pinto beans drained and rinsed 1 can corn drained 1 can tomato sauce 1 can chicken broth low sodium preferred 1 packet taco seasoning
Open all seven cans and pour them directly into a large pot over medium heat. No draining is necessary for the diced tomatoes or tomato sauce.
