- 1 large onion
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Olive oil spray
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
Peel the onion and cut off the top. Make several cuts from the top down without slicing through the bottom to create petals.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs. In another bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
