- 1 medium head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs beaten
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
Pat the cauliflower florets dry with a paper towel.
Beat the eggs in one bowl; mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in another.
Dip each piece of cauliflower into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown.
