  • Two mixing bowls
  • Paper towels

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Pat the cauliflower florets dry with a paper towel.
  • Beat the eggs in one bowl; mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in another.
  • Dip each piece of cauliflower into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce and enjoy!
