Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

2 cups broccoli florets 2 cups cauliflower florets 1-2 tablespoons Olive oil for drizzling 1 teaspoon Salt to taste ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste 1 teaspoo Garlic powder to taste Optional: Parmesan cheese about ¼ cup, lemon juice (about 1 tablespoon)
In a mixing bowl, toss the broccoli and cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cheese (if using) until well coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Place the veggies in the air fryer basket in a single layer (remember, no overcrowding!).
Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Once crispy and tender, remove them from the air fryer and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
If you like your veggies extra crispy, add a few extra minutes to the cooking time, but keep an eye on them—nobody wants burnt broccoli!
