Equipment

  • Air-fryer
  • Sharp Knife
  • Mixing bowl
  • Tongs
  • Cutting board

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1-2 tablespoons Olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoo Garlic powder to taste
  • Optional: Parmesan cheese about ¼ cup, lemon juice (about 1 tablespoon)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, toss the broccoli and cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cheese (if using) until well coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Place the veggies in the air fryer basket in a single layer (remember, no overcrowding!).
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once crispy and tender, remove them from the air fryer and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

Notes

  • If you like your veggies extra crispy, add a few extra minutes to the cooking time, but keep an eye on them—nobody wants burnt broccoli!
  • Feel free to mix in other vegetables like bell peppers or Brussels sprouts for a colourful medley. Enjoy your veggie adventure!
