- 4 cups assorted vegetables carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
Slice your vegetables into even-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the veggies with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add rosemary or thyme if desired.
Place the veggies in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them.
