Ingredients
  

  • 4 Italian sausages
  • 3 large bell peppers sliced
  • 2 medium onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced bell peppers and onions with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Place the sausages in the air fryer basket.
  • Add the seasoned peppers and onions on top of the sausages, making sure not to overcrowd.
  • Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Check that the sausages are cooked through and the peppers are tender and slightly charred.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Depending on your air fryer size, you may need to cook in batches.
  • Adjust seasoning to your taste preference.
  • Leftovers? Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to enjoy again!
