- 4 Italian sausages
- 3 large bell peppers sliced
- 2 medium onions sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced bell peppers and onions with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Place the sausages in the air fryer basket.
Add the seasoned peppers and onions on top of the sausages, making sure not to overcrowd.
Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Check that the sausages are cooked through and the peppers are tender and slightly charred.
Remove from the air fryer and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
